Book blurb:  An Awakening like none she could ever imagine is coming for Ali Sumaro. Not only will she discover a world she never knew existed, but she will finally understand the dreams that have plagued her since she was a child. Nicolai Montez has waited all his life for his female to come into her Awakening and for her mind to reach for his. Now that the day has come, Nicolai discovers that his mate has no idea of her jaguar heritage, and he must help her see who and what she really is before the full change comes to her. Ali’s presence in their homeland stirs the Jagara’s long quiet enemies and brings forth the threat to the very existence of the Jagara people.

**REVIEW**: I received a copy of this in exchange for my honest review.  When I first read the blurb I was very excited to try something I'd never read before.  A novel about jaguar's?  How cool.  I was not disappointed.  It was such a fantastic book!  I love the progression of the emotional connection between Nicolai and Ali.  Even when things seemed at their breaking point, they found a way to work it and I felt as though I was living that relationship with them.

The sex scenes are perfect for me!  Not too raunchy, but enough to keep me thoroughly interested and with a twist because they experience things much differently with their heightened senses.

There were a few things I think could use some improvements.  One of those would be the use of the same word within the same couple of sentences.  Also, I was waiting for more action in the earlier portions of the book, but none of that happened until the end.

Overall, I thought this book was really great and I would highly recommend!
